I get asked a LOT about nutrition, and the foods that I eat, so I wanted to give you a list of some healthy snack options. Being prepared is KEY when it comes to weight loss…so when hunger strikes you have something nutritious to munch on so you don’t have to resort to fast food or junk food!
Tip: it’s best to have some protein with each snack. For example, instead of just eating an apple, have a Tbs of peanut butter with the apple.
So, here are some healthy snacks for weight loss!
- Hard boiled eggs
- String Cheese
- Greek Yogurt
- Carrots and Hummus
- Macadamia Nuts
- Shakeology (I have this every day!)
- Cottage cheese
- Dark chocolate (as long as it’s more than 70% cacao…you’re welcome ;))
- Organic edamame
- Organic popcorn
