Will I have to starve through this program?

Do I need to join a gym or can I do the workouts at home?

Do I need a bunch of equipment?

Does this program include nutritional strategies to lose weight or is just home workouts? 

Nutrition is the MOST important factor when it comes to weight loss–so that’s our focus! 

Is Shakeology just a protein shake? 

NO! It’s a superfood meal replacement shake! It’s loaded with over 70 of the best superfoods from all over the world! It’s got probiotics, digestive enzymes, fiber, and more! It also has protein. But it’s not a protein shake =)

What flavors does Shakeology come in? Are there vegan flavors available? 

We now have chocolate, vanilla, café latte, strawberry, and greenberry in the regular formula, as well as vegan vanilla, vegan chocolate, vegan tropical strawberry, and vegan café latte. The regular formula contains whey protein, and the vegan has sprouted brown rice protein. My FAVE is chocolate, but I suggest starting out with the Barista Box so you can try out three flavors (chocolate, vanilla, and café latte).

I’m vegetarian/gluten free/a ridiculously picky eater. Can I still do this?
