Did you know that I ate vegan for over a year? I stopped when I got pregnant and all I wanted to eat was eggs lol, BUT I still believe that eating vegan most of the time is awesome for you! It’s better for the environment, and it’s usually cheap!
I wanted to give you 10 Easy Vegan Snack Ideas =)
1. Hummus and veggies! I LOVE this combo. It’s high in fiber and protein so it’ll keep you full!
2. These chocolate peanut butter protein bars
(they are AMAZING!)
3. This homemade almond butter and an apple or banana (or just eat it with a spoon. It’s THAT good.)
4. This Pumpkin Spice frappuccino recipe. Just use vegan protein powder (like this one).
5. ANY of these chocolate Shakeology recipes
(SO GOOD!)
6. Avocado toast. Spread 1/2 avocado on a piece of toast, top with Himalayan salt and chili pepper flakes
7. Edamame. I’m obsessed =)
8. This granola recipe (warning: addictive!)
9. Roasted sweet potato with coconut oil and cinnamon (TRY IT)
10. Overnight oats!!!!!
