Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Your body has been fasting for 10+ hours and it’s time to refuel! Studies show that people who eat breakfast weigh less and eat less throughout the day. But WHAT you eat for breakfast is important! It’s gotta have protein to keep you full! Sorry, no donuts or sugary cereal =)
This is one of my favorite healthy breakfasts for weight loss…it’s SO filling and DELICIOUS!
Watch the video, and you can use whatever ratio you want, but I usually have 1/2 cup rolled oats, 2 TBS natural peanut butter, 1 banana, 1 scoop chocolate Shakeology. It’s FILLING, so if you’re not too hungry in the morning you might not need as much =)
