What are these? EXCUSES. And you need to get over them!

I want you to succeed. Truly–I do. I’ve lost 57 pounds so far–I know what it’s like to be heavy….and I know what it’s like to be fit. I WANT you to feel your best! And in order for me to help you–you’ve GOT to get over your excuses!
If you want something–you’ll make it happen. You’ll give up going out to eat a few times a month so you can pay for healthier food. You’ll give up your morning Starbucks so you can afford Shakeology. You’ll find a way to workout around your injuries so you can stay active. Trust me–I’ve been consistently injured since I was 19–but I’ve always found a way to stay active.
You can do this! I believe in you! YOU need to believe in you! So right now–think about what’s standing in your way. How can you get over these obstacles? Where there’s a will, there’s a way!
