P90X Challenge

 

Tomorrow starts my P90X challenge group.  Myself, and five other people will be committing to doing P90X for the entire 90 day program.  We are committing to drinking Shakeology, and holding each other accountable.  I am so pumped for this!! The last time I did P90X, I was not following a mostly plant based diet.  I relied heavily on cottage cheese, whey protein, eggs, greek yogurt and fish.  I was so caught up in hitting the perfect ratios (protein, carbs, fat) that is in the diet guide that I forgot why I was even eating!  This time around, I have a new purpose.  I will be committing to the workouts, and committing to my nutrition 100%.  I will not be following the guided ratios, but will be consuming 5-6 small meals a day.  I will be listening to my body and honoring what it wants.  Some days I might have more carbs than others, some days I might have more calories than others, but it doesn’t matter–all that matters is that I am doing what works for ME.
