I am finally home from Beachbody Coach Summit 2015…and WOW is all I have to say. Words cannot describe the emotion I felt this past weekend! This was my fourth Summit, and by far the best…because this year we had 27 coaches from my team attending!
What is Coach Summit?
In a nutshell, the best thing ever. For real though =) It’s our annual convention, where thousands of us gather together to learn, grow, recognize, celebrate, and connect. They have some of the top authors and speakers come to share with us, there are product launches, parties, and more.
This year was definitely VERY special for me, for several reasons. Like I said, we had a ton of people from my team there…my first Summit it was just me! To have all of us together, and to see them have so many ‘light bulb’ moments, to start dreaming BIG and setting crazy goals, well, that is the absolute highlight for me.
My team is family, and to meet some of my coaches for the very first time (in person, we do video chats all the time) and to actually give them hugs, is priceless.
I loved treating some rockstar Diamond and Star Diamond coaches on our team out to lunch…and margaritas =)
This year was my first year I was asked to speak on stage, which was a great experience!
I was also recognized on stage in front of 25,000 people for advancing to 5 Star Diamond this year. Recognition is fun, but I cannot WAIT to see my coaches up on stage next year. That is going to be AMAZING.
Megan, my success partner and friend! We met through Beachbody, and have pushed each other to achieve CRAZY goals in our businesses. We both hit a big one of 5 Star Diamond this year, which is super fun =)
We are back home, and I am so EXCITED to get to WORK, to help my coaches achieve their goals and dreams, and make a true impact. To say that I love my job would be a serious understatement. Every day I wake up and count my blessings that this is ‘work’! They say that if you find a job you love, you’ll never work a day in your life, and I believe that 100%.
