So…I want to talk to you today about ‘perfection’…a lot of people think that when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle, it has to be an all or nothing thing. SO NOT TRUE. Ok so I’m going to confess a few things to you. Don’t judge me though, ok?  I prefer artificially flavored coffee to organic coffee.  I sometimes drink water flavored with aspartame.  I have days where I want to sit on the couch and do NOTHING.  I’ve devoured 10 single serving pieces of chocolate in one sitting (alcohol may have been involved). 
 
Sometimes I workout for 5 minutes and then decide I’d rather chill than sweat (more often than I care to admit!)I could probably go on and on. I told you not to judge me lol…but why am I telling you this? So you can know that you do NOT have to be perfect! It’s ok to mess up! It’s ok to have a vice. I am FAR from perfect and I still consider myself pretty healthy =) The chocolate is out of the house now lol so that little incident won’t happen again =)
 
Please don’t put pressure on yourself to be perfect. Don’t think that if you ate cake or had a binge that you won’t ever lose weight or get healthy. You CAN do it. Just pick up right where you left off, move on, and know that you’re fine!  I’m not perfect, and you certainly don’t have to be perfect either.
