Some of you…especially those who know me well, know that I’m obsessed with Shakeology!   • Karen Christine It’s actually less expensive than the supplements I was buying that are in it–$20/jar wheat grass powder (even more for a shot of wgjuice); $20/jar green superfood powder; $10/jar acai; $10/jar ; $4/ bottle of 1 serving chia seeds…and I had to buy these at least 2 times a month just to get the minimum serving. Plus they taste gross in powdered form and don’t dissolve we’ll/don’t dissolve at all in milk to make an alternate shake–I was drinking green tea with tons of these supplements and when I was done there was still so much residue of valuable nutrients ($$ and nutritionally speaking) that got rinsed down the drain. Literally. I get even more super foods with shakeology and I trust tht they are responsibly sources and as fresh as possible–some o the supps I bought in the past were dusty and gross…who knows how long they had been hanging out on a store self losing their potency?! (Forgive typos–I’m always in a hurry haha)

I actually completed one program using two other natural shakes and they tasted awful, but because I wanted healthy, I continued to drink them and somebody at work was drinking Shakeology, I drank it for 30 days and got off it and drink the other shake and realized the huge difference and I have not missed a Shakeology shake in over a year. I was eating clean prior and just wanted something to help with my weightloss and maintenance. I have since lost over 45 lbs. I just told somebody today, that I can’t imagine not being able to drink it ever.

  • Tara Minnich I work at a physically demanding job, anywhere from 8-12 hrs a day. Sometimes 7 days a week. My commuting hrs are anywhere from 35min to 2 hrs. I need the energy and stamina to be able to work out when I get home. Shakeology has been the ONLY vitamin supplement that helps me achieve this. I am also a fan because, ever since I have been using shakeology I haven’t had any cold sores. As gross and embarrassing it is to admit I get them (have since I was a child), I haven’t had one since starting on Shakeology.     • Samantha Braun Because I’m missing 5ft of small intestine (terminal ileum and ileocecal valve gone–emergency operation in april)… and the in the last two months I’ve been drinking Shakeology, I can finally keep food in what’s left–long enough to repair (after 7 months where it wouldn’t and multiple trips to surgeons and specialists that said they couldn’t tell my why–or why it even died in the first place!). It’s not just food, but incredibly nutrient-dense super-food–the kind you need for tissue repair! I can finally eat salad greens again (have been adding it for the last 3 weeks), and raw veggies–and the docs figured that I may never be able to tolerate fresh veggies in my diet again. Shakeology put and end to that nonsense! I only wish I’d thought of it in April after my surgery. Oh yeah, and my nails are growing without bumps (first time ever!), and my hair isn’t falling out anymore (side effect of an intestine that can’t absorb oils and therefore fat soluble vitamins). So now I can finally take Omega 3 and D supplements again (I live in Canada–so the D has to come in a bottle this time of year  ). It’s been a VERY long road back to health….. THANK YOU!!!!!
