During out weight loss journeys, often we get so focused on that final number we want to hit. We get overwhelmed because we still have such a long ways to go…well I want you to change your focus–and CELEBRATE just how far you’ve come already!
 

I want you to take a few minutes and think about what you’ve accomplished on your healthy living journey. 

 
What positive changes have you made? Have you lost weight? Have you given up soda? Stayed home and cooked more? Are your pants fitting better? Can you run a little further? ALL of these things are great indicators that you are making fabulous progress–and you’re just one step closer to your goal! 

 
It’s important to celebrate YOU once in awhile! Sometimes we get so caught up in our final goal that we forget that we’re on a journey. A journey to a healthier and happier you =)
