Why do I LOVE 21-day fix? Because it’s SUPER simple, and sometimes we need a little reminder on what a proper portion looks like! Going through this program in November is a great way to stay on track–when most people gain weight, I’ll be losing =) And I’ll still get to eat whatever I want! Woohoo =)
