The Holidays are quickly approaching! I’ve had a lot of people ask me how to eat healthy this time of year so I wanted to give you some of my tips!
  1. Hydrate!!!! Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water. ESPECIALLY if you’re drinking alcohol.
  2. Choose your favorites. On Thanksgiving, if you don’t love stuffing or mashed potatoes, don’t eat them! I personally like to grab a big serving of veggies, a lean protein (like turkey!) then I’ll pick ONE thing that I love (sweet potatoes!!)
  3. Don’t go to parties starving. Eat before you go, and bring a healthy dish with you!
  4. Keep treats to extra special occasions. You really don’t need to have a cookie at EVERY party, do you? Bring some shakeology with you to satisfy that sweet tooth =)
  5. Keep your goals in front of your mind! I know how I want to feel come January 1st—so it’s easy for me to say no to treats. Have a vision for what you want to look/feel like—and keep it in front of you!
  6. Remind yourself what it FEELS like to be bloated and have a sugar crash. I HATE to be bloated, so it’s worth it to say no to junk!
  7. GET IT OUT OF THE HOUSE. It’s harder to say no if you have a plate of brownies in front of your face ALL DAY. Give it away.
  8. Get support! Our support group is rocking it—we are LOSING the weight that most people gain this time of year! Just respond to this email if you wanna join us!
I hope that helps!

PS. There’s a HUGE black friday sale with some of the top home fitness programs (the ones that helped me lose 80 pounds!). It’s going down today at 12pm PST! Check it out here.
