I should be a pro at this by now. When I lived in Africa, the only thing I brought with me to workout was a couple of yoga dvds and my body. I ended up finding a yoga mat at the supermarket in my village (I was SHOCKED to find one there!) so I was able to get my yoga on. But what did I do for my other workouts? I had to be creative. If you’re without a gym or fancy gym equipment at home, don’t let that stop you from working out! Don’t let that be your excuse! There are PLENTY of things that you can do that you do NOT need equipment for! Here is my no equipment workout that you can easily do at home, on the road, ANYWHERE!

Note: You don’t have to do ALL of these in one workout. This would be an example of a workout I do. If it’s too intense, don’t do as many reps…start out with what you can do! I would go through the entire list once without breaking, take a quick break, then go through it again. The goal is to keep your heart rate up for maximum effectiveness. Mix and match the exercises as you like…I prefer going hard on my legs, then giving them a break and switching to upper body and so on. This whole workout shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes to do 3 sets if you keep a steady pace. If you have a resistance band, you can replace the water jug with that =)
