I’m just like you–I have a sweet tooth and I like my sugar! What do I do when I’m craving something sweet? What do I make?

I’ll tell you that I do NOT have cookies and cake and crap in my house! Nope! I’ve found other ways to satisfy those cravings =)

Here are some healthy foods to curb your junk food cravings!

 

1. Shakeology. My number one craving buster I’ve been drinking for 3 years and haven’t gone a day without it.

 

2. Greek Yogurt with stevia and berries. Yummy, easy, creamy!

 

3. Dark Chocolate–a little goes a long way!

 

4. Flavored tea with stevia. Sometimes I feel like I always have to be nibbling on something! Drinking tea with a little stevia keeps my mouth occupied and satisfies that sweet craving.

 

5. Chocolate Oatmeal. Yup. This is one of my favorites. Cook rolled oats and add a little cacao powder and stevia. Yuuuuuuuum!

 

6. Fruit! Easy, portable, healthy.

 

7. Smoothies! I’ll make protein or fruit smoothies

 

8. Peanut butter. It’s not THAT sweet but it’s super satisfying. Make sure to portion it out so you stay within your calorie limit!

 

9. A little coffee with almond milk, stevia and cinnamon. My fave way to drink coffee =)
