Hammer & Chisel Workout Review

I’m now on day 19 of the new workout program Hammer and Chisel, so I wanted to give a review of the program so far!

Hammer and Chisel Workout Review:

The workouts are TOUGH. This is NOT a beginners workout program. I seriously feel like every day is leg day lol!!! There is a LOT of leg work!! If you’re just starting out on your fitness journey, I highly recommend doing something like 21 Day Fix before you jump into this program.

The program is 6 days a week with one rest day. Trust me, you will need a rest day! The workouts are 30-40 minutes long, and alternate between Sagi (the Hammer) and Autumn (the Chisel).

Pretty much every single workout you need to have weights or a resistance band. A lot of the workouts call for extra equipment, like a pull up bar or bench, but I have neither and haven’t had a problem.

The thing that I LOVE about this program is that there is a LOT of variety with the workouts. I don’t think I repeated a workout in the first 2 weeks! I tend to get bored super easily, but with this much variety, I’m good!!

Hammer and Chisel Nutrition:

The nutrition plan is SUPER simple to follow. You use the color coded portion control containers so you know how much you’re eating, but there is NO calorie counting. And you get to eat a LOT of food.

I tracked my calories using myfitnesspal.com for a few days and found that I’m eating 1800-2000 calories per day, and I’m getting some MAJOR results! For the average dieter, or someone who has restricted calories in the past, you’ll feel like you’re eating a TON. I’m telling you, you have to eat to get results!!

Here are some of the meals I’ve had!

Hammer and Chisel Results:

I have been STRUGGLING this year with adrenal fatigue and leaky gut, and my fitness totally sucked. I was working out and eating right, but wasn’t seeing results. I was FRUSTRATED, that’s for sure. Have you ever been frustrated because you were doing all the right things but it just wasn’t working?!

I’ve gotten some pretty great results with the program so far! Down 5 pounds, 2.5 inches from my waist, 2 inches from my hips, and an inch off of each thigh!!! For a little over two weeks, I’m SUPER happy!!!!! I feel stronger already, my booty is lifting, my abs are coming in, and it is AWESOME.

I really think Hammer and Chisel is my soulmate workout program. It is FUN and CHALLENGING, and the results are just insane.
