It’s been an INSANE couple of weeks…my family came to visit us in France for the past two weeks, we spent a week in the south of france and then a week by our house!
It was a lot of fun–but to be totally honest with you, I did NOT stick with my normal meal plan.
We drank wine every night, had dessert, bread, and everything else that I normally try to avoid.
I don’t have a scale here (yet!) so I don’t know the damage that’s been done lol, but I DO know that I don’t feel like myself…I feel like a fluffier version of myself, ha!
That’s ok though–I had fun, now it’s time to get back on track so I can feel amazing again =)
I’m starting P90X tomorrow–and I’m SO pumped for it!
This is one of my fave programs–and the results that everyone gets are insane =)

But what I REALLY wanted to talk to you about SUGAR today.
I know that sugar can be totally addictive (some studies show as addictive as cocaine!)–which is why I was thinking about putting together a free 7-day sugar detox.
