I’m amazed at how fast calories can add up. If I’m not careful–I can really overdo it! These are the tricks I use to stay within my calorie budget–try them–they really help!
4 Tricks to Cut More Calories
1. Drink a glass of water before your meal and rate your hunger on a scale from 1-10. Tune into your body!
2. Use smaller plates. The smaller the plate, the less food you can fit on it!
3. Leave 3 bites on your plate at every meal. You won’t notice a difference but your waistline will!
4. Fill up on veggies. Have a salad or broth based soup before lunch and dinner.
