Easy Power Oatmeal Recipe

Why do I call this power oatmeal? Cause it’s got carbs, protein and fat that is going to FILL YOU UP! And it’ll take you less than 2 minutes to make. That’s my kind of breakfast!

What you need:

1/2 cup oats

1 cup water

1 scoop protein powder (I use Sunwarrior)

1-2 tbs peanut butter

Directions:

Cook oatmeal according to package…I just microwave the water and oats together for 90 seconds. Then add the rest of the ingredients.  Add more liquid to taste (I use almond milk). Stir! Enjoy your power oatmeal!
