Oatmeal cookies are GOOD! Don’t you agree? Here is a way for you to get the yummy flavor of an oatmeal cookie with a lot less sugar. I love to have protein shakes after my workout–but any time of day that I want a yummy cool treat I’ll have one.
Oatmeal Cookie Protein Shake

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cut rolled oats
- pinch of salt
- Stevia, to taste
- 1 cup of ice, more or less depending on how thick you want it.
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy
Notes
- Can adjust the amount of cinnamon, vanilla extract and stevia to your own taste. This is what tasted yummy to me =)
- Can replace stevia, vanilla extract, xanthan gum and protein powder with Vanilla Shakeology for a superfood treat!
