Oatmeal cookies are GOOD! Don’t you agree? Here is a way for you to get the yummy flavor of an oatmeal cookie with a lot less sugar. I love to have protein shakes after my workout–but any time of day that I want a yummy cool treat I’ll have one. 

Oatmeal Cookie Protein Shake

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup almond milk
  2. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  3. 1 tsp cinnamon
  4. 1 tsp xanthan gum
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 1/4 cut rolled oats
  7. pinch of salt
  8. Stevia, to taste
  9. 1 cup of ice, more or less depending on how thick you want it.
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy
Notes
  1. Can adjust the amount of cinnamon, vanilla extract and stevia to your own taste. This is what tasted yummy to me =)
  2. Can replace stevia, vanilla extract, xanthan gum and protein powder with Vanilla Shakeology for a superfood treat!
