Remember when I asked on my facebook page what food you wish didn’t have any calories? I think I want to change my answer to this. It is SO GOOD…if you haven’t made your own nut butter before…you need to try it! It is so easy to do! I had a lot of almonds in our pantry and I’m too cheap to buy almond butter (it’s like 3 times the price of peanut butter!!) so I figured I’d get a little creative and make this sweet cinnamon almond butter. Amazing. Try it =)

Ingredients
  1. 10 oz almonds
  2. 1/4 cup coconut oil
  3. 1/4 cup honey
  4. 1 TBS cinnamon
  5. 1 tsp. salt
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Process for about 10 minutes, scraping down the sides every so often, until desired consistency.
Notes
  1. It may take a little longer than 10 minutes. The longer you process the softer it will get.
