I’ve gotten a lot of requests from my Facebook page to start posting more workouts…so I’m really going to be making more of an effort to come up with fast, no equipment workouts for everyone to do. A lot of people have excuses when it comes to exercise: they don’t have time or they don’t have money for a gym or exercise equipment. You’re busted–now you have no excuse. Get moving!
