
I have SO many women come to me telling me that they’re trying to lose weight and they aren’t seeing any results. I ask them how much they’re eating—and a LOT of times they are practically starving themselves with super low calorie diets!
Not only is this dangerous, but it’s not gonna work! Your body is going to hold onto every calorie you put in it, completely defeating the purpose.
Please please please don’t do this. In order to lose weight, you really do have to eat.
A lot of the ladies who have been in my 21 Day Fix group are seriously SHOCKED at how much food they are supposed to eat every day. They are even MORE shocked when they LOSE WEIGHT eating that much food!
