I am SO EXCITED to tell you about a test group that I’m going to be running in a little over a month! It’s for the new workout program that’s coming out, PiYo!!!!! 

 

 

So, PiYo is this new program coming out from Chalene Johnson. You know her, right?? She’s the AWESOME woman who created Turbo Fire, Turbo Kick, Turbo Jam, ChaLEAN Extreme….among others!! Well PiYo has been taught in gyms for YEARS….now it’s time to put it on DVD so we can do it at home!! Perfect for us mamas who can’t get to a gym! I see TJ using me as a jungle gym while I do this lol šŸ˜‰ 

 

 

For real, this is PERFECT for those of us who like low impact workouts. I LOVE Turbo Fire–don’t get me wrong! I’m even certified to teach it! But it is SO hard on my knees. I taught for a month before I said I love you guys, but I love my knees more lol. So to get all of the benefits of a higher impact workout WITHOUT the pain on my knees is gonna be great =) PLUS the workouts aren’t an hour long either! 25-45 minutes each. I can do that =)
