A lot of you have said that you want to see some ideas of what I eat each day! Nutrition is the KEY to losing weight and keeping it off. And while I’m not perfect, this can give you an idea of some of the foods that I do eat =)
So this is what I ate today via Myfitnesspal.com. Today was a snacky day and I was really hungry in the afternoon lol. Peanut butter banana oatmeal with eggs for breakfast, Shakeology for an early lunch, cashews for a snack, another Shakeology that I added protein powder to for more snacks, and then roasted veggies with salmon for dinner. I hope this helps…do you want me to do this often? Does this all make sense? Comment below =)
