CIZE, the latest program by Shaun T was just released! Here is our team doing one of the workouts…trust that you don’t have to be a good dance to do it lol! We prove that 😉 But we had so much fun!

And it’s all choreographed to the latest pop music to keep you energized and moving, so you’ll get a great workout while learning the kinds of dance moves you see in music videos and on dance shows.
