free printable food diary
Being aware of your food is important. Not just for weight loss—but for overall well being!

I know that whenever my pants start to get a little tight, I keep a food journal for a few days and I can usually find what the culprit has been. Have I been snacking too much? Are my portions too big? Keeping a food journal can help you with those things.

Lately though, I’ve decided to keep a food journal to help me figure out what foods I’m sensitive to. Since I was diagnosed with Adrenal Fatigue and Leaky Gut, I’ve been SUPER aware of how food affects my body. I was also diagnosed with eczema, and instead of using a steroid cream to put a bandaid on the problem, I want to get to the root of the issue, which is more than likely a food sensitivity. I’m pretty sure that it’s fruit related (sad day!) but I want to be sure =)

I am using a food journal to keep track of what I’m eating, how much, why I’m eating (hello—if you write down that you’re eating because you’re bored, you’re less likely to keep eating lol), and how that food makes me feel.
