I love brownies….I think they are my fave junk food. Now, I can enjoy them, guilt free. I hope you enjoy this healthy brownie recipe as much as I do!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup quick cooking oats (I used rolled oats and it came out fine…but if you’re picky and don’t want it as chewy you can use the quick cooking oats)
1/2 cup peanut butter (I used dark chocolate dreams pb…..yum!)
1/2 banana
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 scoop protein powder
Almond milk (or another liquid)
Mix all of the ingredients except for almond milk in a bowl until combined. If needed, add a couple tablespoons of liquid to make sure everything is well combined. Spoon into an 8 x 8 pan and freeze. Will be ready to eat in 90 minutes (I waited like 60 minutes before I couldn’t wait any longer and I thought they were ready) Makes 4 servings.
