I love my chocolate =) Anyone who follows my Facebook page knows that I’m a chocoholic lol. This healthy chocolate pudding recipe is a GREAT craving buster and tastes awesome. Best part is it is SO easy to make! 

Healthy Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
  1. 1 16 oz container of soft silken tofu (preferably organic)
  2. 6 Tbs cacao powder (cocoa can sub if you don't have cacao)
  3. 5 Tbs stevia in the raw (can sub sugar--add more or less to your desired sweetness)
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor
  2. Process until smooth
  3. Refrigerate until ready to eat
Notes
  1. You can sub Chocolate Shakeology for cacao powder and stevia--making this the world's healthiest chocolate pudding =)
