I love my chocolate =) Anyone who follows my Facebook page knows that I’m a chocoholic lol. This healthy chocolate pudding recipe is a GREAT craving buster and tastes awesome. Best part is it is SO easy to make!
Healthy Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 16 oz container of soft silken tofu (preferably organic)
- 6 Tbs cacao powder (cocoa can sub if you don't have cacao)
- 5 Tbs stevia in the raw (can sub sugar--add more or less to your desired sweetness)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor
- Process until smooth
- Refrigerate until ready to eat
Notes
- You can sub Chocolate Shakeology for cacao powder and stevia--making this the world's healthiest chocolate pudding =)
