Healthy Peanut Butter Protein Cookie Dough

Ingredients
  1. 16oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  2. 1/2 cup pb2 (can sub peanut butter)
  3. 1/8 tsp salt
  4. 1/8 tsp baking soda
  5. 2 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 1/4 cup almond milk (add a couple of tablespoons to start and add more as needed)
  7. 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  8. 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients except chocolate chips into a high speed blender (like a vitamix) or a food processor
  2. Process until smooth
  3. Stir in chocolate chips
  4. Eat with a spoon or dip some fruit in it!
