Healthy Peanut Butter Protein Cookie Dough

Ingredients
- 16oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup pb2 (can sub peanut butter)
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almond milk (add a couple of tablespoons to start and add more as needed)
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except chocolate chips into a high speed blender (like a vitamix) or a food processor
- Process until smooth
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Eat with a spoon or dip some fruit in it!
