Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup almond milk
  2. 1/2 cup cof­fee chilled
  3. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  4. 1/2 tsp. xan­than gum to thicken
  5. 1/2 tsp cacao nibs can sub choco­late chips
  6. 1 scoop pro­tein pow­der
  7. 1 cup ice or to taste
Instructions
  1. Add all ingre­di­ents except cacao nibs to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add cacao nibs and blend on low until well com­bined.
  3. Enjoy!
Notes
  1. Note: Can replace xan­than gum, pro­tein pow­der, ste­via and vanilla extract with Vanilla Shake­ol­ogy for an extra healthy treat!
