Tuesday motivation for you =)

The best way to achieve a goal is to take it one step at a time. One pound at a time. One day at a time. Don’t think about how far you have to go–just take the first step. Then do it again tomorrow. Then the day after =) Before you know it, you’ll have hit your goal.

After I had TJ, I weighed 250 pounds! I knew I had at LEAST 65 pounds to lose, but more than that if I wanted to feel comfortable. It was overwhelming! I seriously thought it was never going to happen. But I just started. I went for a walk down the street. I ate healthier. I started lifting weights. Every day I tried to do a little bit more than I did the day before.

Before I knew it, I had started to shrink. 5 months later, I hit my first goal of 65 pounds lost. I kept going! Then another couple of months later, I hit my goal of 80 pounds lost.

Don’t get overwhelmed by a big number. Break it down into small, manageable goals, and take it one day at a time. You got this!
