I’ve been there! And I’ll tell you from experience how important it is to prevent those doubtful, negative thoughts that keep you from being consistent in hitting your goals. I want to share with you my ‘secret sauce’ to success!

So what is it?!

Personal Development.

This is something I NEVER did before I became a Beachbody Coach, I thought that self help books were WEIRD…and I didn’t need those, right? WRONG. I attribute a HUGE part of my success, both in my weight loss and business to personal development. I promise you, it will help you get to a whole other level.

It’s helped me with my mindset, how I communicate, how I spend my time, how I manage my money, my relationships, help me grow in my faith, improve my confidence, develop my leadership skills, learn more about nutrition and MORE!

Now you might think you don’t have the time to devote to reading every day (um, hello! I have a toddler and a business, I get it!) SO I normally do audio, all day every day =)

When I’m in the car, instead of listening to the radio, I listen to a podcast or audio book. I call it drive time university =) I listen to audio while I’m cleaning, cooking, walking, doing the dishes, while I’m in the shower….pretty much anytime I can squeeze it in, I do! Because I know who I was 4 years ago before I became a coach, and how much it’s changed my life! I want to share with YOU some of my favorite personal development resources =)
