I could’ve sworn I did a post on this recipe….because it is seriously amazing and everyone needs to try it =)

I started off with the two ingredient cookies from this website. Then I added my mix ins. You can add whatever you want to them…and they will taste great! I think I ate ALL of the cookies this recipe made when I was pregnant lol =) They’re healthy, right? 😉

    Ingredients
    1. -1 large old banana
    2. -.5 cup of quick oats
    Optional additions
    1. –a scoop of protein powder
    2. –tbs of coconut oil (or an egg)
    3. –cinnamon
    4. –dash of Himalayan salt
    5. –tsp of vanilla extract
    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 350
    2. Mix oats and bananas together
    3. Add additional ingredients, if using
    4. Make even sized cookies and place on a greased cookie sheet
    5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown
    Notes
    1. Since all bananas are different sizes, the needed measurements can vary. If it seems too runny and the cookies would flatten out too much, add in more oatmeal. And make sure to not add in TOO many mix-ins as the cookies won’t hold together very well.
