Frustration. I get it. Maybe you’ve been trying to lose weight for a couple weeks, a couple months, I don’t know. But the scale isn’t budging! And you’re frustrated. 

 
Losing weight CAN be a frustrating process—if you let it. I say let’s shift our focus. 
 
Instead of worrying so much about the numbers on the scale, why not focus on how much more energy we have when we feed our bodies vibrant, living food? 
 
We can focus on the new muscles that are forming in our bodies, replacing the jiggle. We can focus on how it’s so much easier to get up a flight of stairs. We aren’t as winded as we were before! 
 
We can focus on the fact that our we can keep up more with our kids. We can chase after them now! 
 
You see, the scale is only a PART of the equation. There is so much more benefit to living a healthy life than just the scale and those numbers. 
 
If you’re getting frustrated with those numbers, don’t give up. Change your focus. Stick with it. Remember—this is a lifestyle now—there is no giving up! There is no good and bad! There is you and your decisions—decide today to eat right and move your body. Then do it again tomorrow. You got this!
