I love to drink fruity mocktails in the summer–they keep me cool and they are also pretty filling =) This one has less than 50 calories and is so refreshing!

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup strawberries frozen
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum, optional, but will thicken
- 3 tbs lemon juice or to taste
- stevia to taste
- ice to taste
Instructions
- Blend to perfection and enjoy in a fancy glass =)
