Super Green Smoothie

This smoothie is kid friendly–you can’t even taste the greens! Great way to sneak those veg­gies in for picky kids.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup almond milk
  2. 1 frozen banana
  3. 1 big hand­ful spinach
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 1 scoop pro­tein pow­der, optional
  6. 1 tbs chia seeds, optional
  7. 1/2 tbs coconut oil, optional
  8. ste­via to taste
  9. ice to taste
Instructions
  1. Add all ingre­di­ents to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
