
I want you to find a workout that brings you JOY!
I listened to a podcast on The Chalene Show a few days ago (check it out, I LOVE it)
and she was talking about the BEST workout out there. And guess what? It isn’t Cross Fit, Spinning, T25, running, dancing, etc., it’s the one you LOVE to do!
It really made me think about what I LOVE to do for my workouts….and it made me realize that I haven’t ridden my bike since we moved to Florida (over 2 years!) We live in the country, I have a baby, blah, blah, blah, just a bunch of excuses why I wasn’t able to do it. After listening to the podcast, I realized that I need to get back into it. So yesterday I took my bike to get a major tune up, bought a little carrier to put TJ in, and today I went for my first ride =) SHEER BLISS =)
Does Insanity or T25 make me happy? No, haha, sorry Shaun T, but I DREAD those kind of workouts. I LOVE PiYo, weight lifting like Body Beast or P90X, Turbo Fire, and riding my bike. So I’m going to do more of what I LOVE and enjoy my workouts =)
