Then they don’t stick with the crash diet, and they repeat the cycle year after year getting heavier and heavier. 

I get it–there’s pie, cookies, more alcohol, more socializing, with more alcohol, temptation is everywhere, so I know it’s not easy!

I had a lot of people ask me for my tips on getting back on track after Thanksgiving so things don’t spiral out of control, so here are my five tips!
