Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup water
- 1/4-1/2 cup liquid egg whites (I like mine best with 1/4 cup but you can play around with it to see how you like it)
- 1-2 Tbs natural peanut butter (I use two since I'm crazy hungry in the morning)
- 1 banana
- pinch of salt
- liquid stevia (to taste--I use about 5 drops)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Spray a non stick pan over medium high heat with cooking spray
- Add oats, water, and salt and cook until oats start to boil
- Reduce heat to medium low and add peanut butter, cinnamon, and egg whites
- Stir constantly until you reach desired thickness
- Add banana and cook for another minute, mashing up the banana so it mixes in well
- Remove from heat
- Add liquid stevia and vanilla extract
- Devour!
