So I’m a week into 21 Day Fix Extreme, woot! Not gonna lie, the workouts are tough! But they’re awesome…I definitely feel the burn! The meal plan has almost been TOO easy to follow…meaning that there is SO MUCH FOOD. Holy food. I had to move down a level because I couldn’t eat it all! And I feel like I’m eating ALL THE TIME. 

So what HAVE I been eating? Lots of yummy stuff =) Depends on the day, since I go 2 days countdown to competition plan, 1 day extreme eating, 2 days countdown to competition plan, 1 day extreme eating, etc., but for the most part, I’ve been eating: 

oatmeal, egg whites, eggs, coconut oil, shakeology, sweet potatoes, chicken, broccoli, green beans, salad, shrimp, salmon, asparagus, turkey sausage, oranges, apples, strawberries, etc. Lots of yummy food, and I’m never hungry. 

Some of my salads have been super yummy =)
