I know life is busy and hectic and crazy when you have little ones! Oh my goodness I GET IT!

So how can you squeeze in fitness when life is insane?

I have some tips on how I stay active during my day =)

Tip 1: Walk!!! Walking is AWESOME exercise. I try to walk as often as the Florida heat will allow it! TJ likes to be in the stroller checking everything out while mom listens to personal development and makes business calls =) I also park far away when I go shopping and try to do some extra laps around the grocery store.

Tip 2: STAND. They say sitting is the new smoking. So sit less!!!! You’ll burn more calories throughout the day without even really trying. I have a standing desk that I try to work at most of the time.

Tip 3: Get a hands free headset. I’m on the phone quite a bit for business, but instead of just sitting there on the phone, I put on a headset and do leg lifts or ab work! Or just clean =) Plus, if you put on some music you’ll want to move a little more =)

Tip 4: Multi task! I do calf raises when I brush my teeth or waiting in line at the grocery store.

Tip 5: Fidget!!! Just MOVE!

Tip 6: Chase your kids around and play!

The more you move your body, the more you’ll WANT to move your body. So get moving![/fusion_text]
