Blueberry Coconut Overnight Oats

I LOVE overnight oats!!! As a mommy I don’t always have time to make myself break­fast. With overnight oats, I make them the day before when I have a few min­utes, then all I have to do is pull it out of the fridge the next day and eat! There are so many pos­si­bil­i­ties when it comes to oats…lately I’ve been on a blue­berry and coconut oil kick so this is blue­berry coconut overnight oats. Super yummy =)

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup old fash­ioned oats
  2. 3/4 cup almond milk
  3. 1 cup blue­ber­ries
  4. cin­na­mon to taste
  5. 1 tbs coconut oil
  6. ste­via to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingre­di­ents in a bowl.
  2. Let the oats sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  3. That’s it! Enjoy!
