Blueberry Coconut Overnight Oats

I LOVE overnight oats!!! As a mommy I don’t always have time to make myself breakfast. With overnight oats, I make them the day before when I have a few minutes, then all I have to do is pull it out of the fridge the next day and eat! There are so many possibilities when it comes to oats…lately I’ve been on a blueberry and coconut oil kick so this is blueberry coconut overnight oats. Super yummy =)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 cup blueberries
- cinnamon to taste
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- stevia to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Let the oats sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- That’s it! Enjoy!
