Tip #1 for busting through a weight loss plateau: Change up your workouts! 

Our bodies adapt easily to whatever demand we place on it. If you’re not seeing results anymore, it’s time to change things up! 
 
Add in some sprint intervals, start lifting weights, go heavier, do more! 
 
You’ve gotta start really pushing yourself again!

Tip #2 for busting through a weight loss plateau: Watch your portions!

You CAN overeat healthy food! It’s super easy to do, and I was guilty of doing this as well! 

I LOVE the portion controlled containers from the 21 Day Fix program, they really help you figure out EXACTLY how much you should be eating, so there isn’t any guess work!
