Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 1/4-1/2 cup liquid egg whites (I like mine best with 1/4 cup but you can play around with it to see how you like it)
  4. 1-2 Tbs natural peanut butter (I use two since I'm crazy hungry in the morning)
  5. 1 banana
  6. pinch of salt
  7. liquid stevia (to taste--I use about 5 drops)
  8. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  9. 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Spray a non stick pan over medium high heat with cooking spray
  2. Add oats, water, and salt and cook until oats start to boil
  3. Reduce heat to medium low and add peanut butter, cinnamon, and egg whites
  4. Stir constantly until you reach desired thickness
  5. Add banana and cook for another minute, mashing up the banana so it mixes in well
  6. Remove from heat
  7. Add liquid stevia and vanilla extract
  8. Devour!
