I’ve officially completed P90X!!

In 90 days (during the holidays!!!) I lost 17 pounds and 15.5 inches! From HOME.


I had no weights, no pull-up bar, no fancy equipment. I used a light and heavy resistance band. 


I followed the meal plan, I stayed consistent, I modified when I needed to (a lot lol) and I checked into our support group to help me stick with it!
