Healthy Avocado Pudding Recipe

1 ripe avocado

1-2 frozen bananas

1 cup greek yogurt (or silken tofu)

lemon juice and stevia (or sugar) to taste

 

Directions: Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and process until smooth! Enjoy!
