I actually learned how to make this recipe when I was living in Kenya! It’s so easy AND healthy…takes a couple of seconds and bam! Healthy snack is ready =)

Healthy Avocado Pudding Recipe
1 ripe avocado
1-2 frozen bananas
1 cup greek yogurt (or silken tofu)
lemon juice and stevia (or sugar) to taste
Directions: Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and process until smooth! Enjoy!
