Want to stop drinking soda? Soda can REALLY pack on the pounds! A 12oz can of Cola has 152 calories. If you just cut out that can of soda each day, you’ll save yourself 1,050 calories a week, which adds up to 15 pounds lost over the course of a year!!!

Diet isn’t any better…diet soda can cause sugar cravings, and the aspartame in it can cause a whole host of issues (which needs an entire blog post in itself lol).
