P90X Schedule
This is the P90X schedule that comes with the program. I am following the classic version. Day 2 is done!! Don’t know which one you want to do? Classic, doubles, or lean? I would always suggest doing the classic version, unless you have issues with your knees or other injuries that may prevent you from doing Plyo X. Have any questions about which one is right for you?
