Ever want to eat a BIG bowl of cookie dough? Yup, me too š I’ve seen some healthy cookie dough recipes flying around on the internet, but most of them use beans! What if you’re trying to follow the paleo diet and you want to indulge in some amazing paleo cookie dough? Well, you’re in luck. I’ve come up with something pretty awesome =)
Paleo Cookie Dough Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (I like MRM natural brand best, but any protein powder will do)
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 Tbs coconut jam (you can try subbing honey or agave, or even mashed banana, but I haven't tried it that way)
- 1 packet of stevia (you may not need this, depending on how sweet your protein powder is. can sub coconut sugar or a tbs of regular sugar if you want)
- 2-3 Tbs milk of choice (add a little bit at first and stir, then add more as needed until desired consistency
- 1 Tbs dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add all dry ingredients into bowl, then add in wet ingredients and stir well. Stir in chocolate chips. Refrigerate for an hour or so so it hardens up, but you can eat it right away if you're impatient like me =)
