I’ve been eating this for YEARS! I think this would be my comfort food breakfast. It’s SO good–peanut butter and banana make an excellent combo. Add them to oats–and you’ve got a super filling and healthy breakfast! 

 

Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 2 TBS. natural peanut butter
  4. 1 ripe banana
  5. 1/4 tsp. cinnamon (or to taste)
  6. stevia (to taste)
  7. pinch of salt.
Instructions
  1. Cook the oats with salt and water on a stove top according to the directions on the box. Towards the end of cooking, add peanut butter, cinnamon and banana and stir until combined. Eat!
