I’ve been eating this for YEARS! I think this would be my comfort food breakfast. It’s SO good–peanut butter and banana make an excellent combo. Add them to oats–and you’ve got a super filling and healthy breakfast!
Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup water
- 2 TBS. natural peanut butter
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon (or to taste)
- stevia (to taste)
- pinch of salt.
Instructions
- Cook the oats with salt and water on a stove top according to the directions on the box. Towards the end of cooking, add peanut butter, cinnamon and banana and stir until combined. Eat!
